UK Mainland delivery on all orders under £90.00 is charged at £8.95
UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £90.00 is FREE OF CHARGE.
Due to charges levied by our delivery agent the following postal codes are classed as Scottish Highlands & UK Offshore and have additional charges:
AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28- IV30-32, IV33-39, IV40-51, IV52-54, IV55-56, IV63, KW1-14, KW15-17, KA27-28, PA20, PA21-23, PA30, PA32-34, PA34-40, PH18-26, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH30, PH31-41, PH42-44, PH49-50, HS1-9, ZE1-3, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Scilly Islands.
Delivery to any of the above postal codes is charged at an additional £15.00 per carton (3+ working day service).
All delivery prices quoted are excluding vat.
In most cases order's for in-stock items placed before 1.00pm will be dispatched the same working day, you can then expect to receive your order next day. If you place your order on a Friday after 1.00pm it will be delivered the following Tuesday. This applies to UK Mainland deliveries only.
Returns
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse.
If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them for a refund within 30 days. The goods are to be returned at your own expense. Please use a signed for delivery service. Any item(s) you return must be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging. We do not accept any item with indication that it was used. In such cases the refund will be refused.
Warranty
All tools are supplied with a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated).
Should your tool become defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase, We guarantee to replace all defective parts free of charge at our discretion, or replace the tool free of charge.
This warranty does not cover:
Tools that have received unauthorised changes or additions.
Defects caused by using consumables, accessories, components, or spare parts other than approved/genuine items.
Component parts that are subject to natural wear and tear caused by use in accordance with operating instructions.
Defects to the tool caused by improper use, abnormal environment conditions or inappropriate operating conditions, non-compliance with our operating instructions or insufficient servicing or maintenance.
Proof of purchase must be produced with an original receipt or sales invoice.
